ABOUT OUR MD - MARK WINGFIELD, PRINCIPAL SPEAKER FOR MAX

Mark's first speaking engagement was on the stage of the Cliffs Pavilion at the age of 11 presenting the key of his junior school to the local Mayor of Southend-on-Sea on the diamond anniversary of its opening.  In 1980 he was back at the same place watching The Specials ska music phenomenon perform where he had stood 3 years earlier.

With a highly distinctive voice, delivery and unique mix of experience, he received a baptism of fire speaking to large audiences of garage mechanics advising them on how to sell and fit shock absorbers professionally.  He has delivered at international conferences for JCB and Caterpillar and has been involved in presenting and training presenters for a very wide range industries and environments, using all types of media - from webinars and autocue to flip charts, dancing diggers and counter presentations.

He delivers keynotes, masterclasses and associated workshops on a range of conflict, change and well-being topics. He brings extensive international conflict expertise and personal experiences to his talks and voiceovers - which are always tailored to meet the needs of the audience.

All can be delivered in fluent German.
